Where are you located?
Basilica Holiday Resort is located in Kato Paphos, and is approximately 250 meters away from Paphos Fishing harbour and Castle.

What Credit Cards do you accept?
At Basilica Holiday Resort we accept all major credit cards, including VISA, EuroCard, Mastercard, American Express and Diners. We also accept main currencies and you may exchange money at our reception.

When can I Check In? Check Out?
At Basilica Holiday Resort, check in time is 14:00 hours and Check out time is 12:00 mid day.

Where can I hire a car?
Car hire can be arranged and booked via the Basilica Holiday Resort reception.

What number should I leave in case my family need to contact me?
Please have them call the Basilica Holiday Resort 24 hour reception desk at +357 26938487 -they shall need your first and last name or your room number.

Where do I send guest faxes?
Faxes for guests at Basilica Holiday Resort can be sent to +357 26 944020. Please include the recipient's first and last name or their room number if you know it.

When can I cancel my reservation and not get charged?
The cancellation policy at Basilica Holiday Resort is 72 hours prior to arrival for room-only individual reservations. No show and guests cancelling less than 72 hours before arrival will be charged three (3) nights accommodation. Please note that this does not apply if you are participating in a group or package stay. Each group has a specific policy.

What is the local tax?
VAT in Cyprus is currently charged at 15%.

What is the Voltage?
The electricity supply in Cyprus and the sockets used are the same as in the United Kingdom: 240 volts, ac 50Hz. Sockets are usually 5A or 13A, square-pin. Adaptors are available from the Basilica Holiday Resort reception.

Can I get connecting rooms?
We regret but there are no interconnecting apartments at Basilica Holiday Resort

Do I need to make a reservation for the restaurant?
Reservations are usually not required, however you may wish to reserve for evening meals at the Basilica Holiday Resort Taverna to avoid disappointment.

Where is the closest beach?
There is a beach about a 10 minutes walk away and a large beach a further 15-20 minute walk away. The famous Coral Bay with the best sandy beach in Paphos is only a 15 minute bus ride away from Basilica Holiday Resort. This is a well organised beach ideal for all the family.
